the owners of PetHealthFirst. John and
Shelley are both business professionals;
John is a Computer Engineer and Manager for
a Fortune 100 company and Shelley is a
professional in Sales and Marketing. They
started PetHealthFirst as their personal
concerns grew regarding the health of their
pet and the quality of food that was being
offered on the commercial market. John has
spent countless hours researching the health
requirements of pets and the alarming
quality issues within the commercial pet
food market. |

This dynamic team has
over 20 years' experience in network
marketing. In the past, they owned a network
marketing company that acquired 83,000
distributors in eight months. They were also
consultants for a start up network marketing
company and helped them build a very
profitable business in three years. As
distributors in the past, they built an
extremely lucrative business in just over a
year. Dennis and Carol know what it takes to
succeed in this business. They devote all
their efforts supporting HealthyPetNet's
representatives. |

Dr. Jane Bicks

Dr. Jane is
responsible for HealthyPetNet's product
formulation and development, and she
consults regularly with pet industry experts
to ensure our cutting-edge formulas meet the
highest standards for quality and
effectiveness. Dr. Jane is a highly
respected and nationally recognized holistic
veterinarian. She is the author of three
national books on pet care and nutrition and
has served on professional boards including
the Cornell Feline Health Center. Dr. Jane
served as the President of the Veterinary
Medical Association in NYC and was appointed
by former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani to help
start one of the largest animal shelters in
the United States. She has also appeared on
many network television and cable programs
and numerous radio stations as a veterinary
expert. |

George Jochum
|
George has 35 years'
general management experience and a track
record of extraordinary success. As C.E.O.
in a previous company, he grew sales to $1.2
billion. George's management expertise will
allow HealthyPetNet to expand while
providing exceptional service and
dependability. His motto is "if you correct
the little problems, they never become big
ones." His honest, straight forward
management style is highly effective and
